Investigation launched after car fire
AN investigation has been launched after a car fire in Great Harwood.
Firefighters from Hyndburn were called to the incident of an Audi car on fire on St Huberts Road at 7.40pm.
Watch manager Paul Reid said: "We attended the scene for about an hour and used a hose reel to put the fire out.
"The cause of the fire is under investigation and police were also in attendance.
"No-one was near the car at the time."
