Junction of Bolton Road and Infirmary Street in Blackburn
MOTORISTS have been asked to be cautious at a junction as a power cut leads to traffic lights being switched off.
Blackburn with Darwen Council said due to a mains electricity fault, traffic signals at the junction of Infirmary Road and Bolton Road, in Blackburn, having to be switched off, as a safety precaution.
A council spokesman said: "An emergency call out has been requested of Electricity North West and we anticipate their swift attendance on site, given the nature of the fault.
"Please drive with extra caution through this junction.
"We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during these essential works."
