Stone thefts in Barnoldswick
Police are warning residents to be on high alert after coping stones were stolen from Barnoldswick.
The stones, measuring 2ft and 3ft long, by 15in wide and 2in thick, were taken from the Wellhouse area of Barnoldswick around September 7.
A spokesperson for the police said: "There is a real chance that these thieves will be in the area looking for further stone to steal, so if you see any suspicious activity contact the police to report it.
"Remember if the theft is in progress call 999, or if you have any information or CCTV in relation to this theft then please contact PCSO 7212 Neil Wallin via email on 7212@Lancashire.pnn.police.uk."
