A TEENAGER who was living rough after being thrown out of the family home was caught stealing high value jackets.
Blackburn magistrates heard Kyle Carter had no previous convictions until earlier this year and now had four against his name.
Carter, 19, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to theft of three Armani Bubble jackets worth £470 from Scotts in Burnley.
He was made subject to a community order for 12 months with 10 days rehabilitation activity requirement and ordered to pay £85 costs and £90 victim surcharge.
