A CANNABIS farm containing 56 plants has been uncovered at a house.
The haul of plants were found by police at an address in Nelson in the early hours of Monday morning.
Police seized the plants which they said will be destroyed.
Nelson, Brierfield and Barrowford Police said on Facebook: "Following a report of a disturbance in the early hours of this morning, a cannabis farm was located at a house in Nelson.
"There was 56 plants inside the address which have been seized and will be destroyed shortly.
"We're happy that the proceeds of said cannabis will not be funding criminality around Pendle and a potential house fire prevented due to the dangerous set up which has now been made safe."
