M65 near Blackburn South
A MOTORWAY was closed in both directions after a police incident.
Officers shut the M65 between junctions 3 at Riley Green and 4 at Blackburn South for the incident which happened at 10.22pm.
It is believed that it was for concerns for safety of a man near the scene.

The road was closed for over an hour.
