POLICE were called to Royal Blackburn Hospital after a drunken woman was refusing to leave.
Blackburn magistrates heard Tracey Thompson was being difficult with staff and had tried to take her clothes off.
Catherine Allan, prosecuting, said when police arrived Thompson was throwing herself on the floor and was in the process of trying to remove her clothes.
She was abusive towards the officers and refused to leave quietly.
Miss Allan said: "She stepped out into the road and had to be arrested."
Thompson, 50, of Burnley Road, Colne, pleaded guilty being drunk and disorderly at Royal Blackburn Hospital. She was fined £50, £85 in costs and a £32 victim surcharge.

Colleen Dickinson-Jones, defending, said Thompson did not remember much about the incident.
"She has been in something of a downward spiral in recent weeks and she now knows she has to change," said Mrs Dickinson-Jones.
