TRAINS from Blackburn and Accrington are delayed due people being spotted on the tracks.
Northern tweeted the disruption is expected to last to around 12.15pm and all lines are currently blocked between the two towns.
Within the tweet, a Northern spokesman said: "Due to trespassers on the railway between Blackburn and Accrington, all lines are blocked.
"Train services running through these stations may be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes or revised.
"Disruption is expected until 12.15pm today.
"Passengers are advised to listen for further announcements."
