A MAN shouted homophobic abuse at staff in a Blackburn pub when they refused to serve him because he was barred.
Blackburn magistrates heard Bradley Salmon refused to leave the White Bull in Livesey Branch Road and was still sitting in the beer garden when police arrived.
Salmon, 24, of St Helier Close, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was fined £138 with £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.
Ian Huggan, defending, said he couldn't recall exactly what had been said but accepted his behaviour was disorderly.
"It was a very brief incident," said Mr Huggan.
