A NEW chief executive has been confirmed for East Lancashire's Training 2000.
Christ Stott, the outfit's head of business development, has taken the top job at the Blackburn-based firm.
Company chairman Mike Tynan said: "Chris has been with the company since December 2018 and has already provided a much-needed focus on our relationships with customers and I am delighted by his appointment."
Mr Stott added: "Training 2000 has an enviable 50 year heritage which I intend to build on and secure the long term future of this excellent organization."
The organisation has bases in Blackpool and Carlisle and is developing a cyber centre at Brierfield Mill.
