A MAN who was still living under the same roof as his estranged partner was arrested after coming home drunk and causing "issues".
Blackburn magistrates heard Rabet Briszka told police he had nowhere else to go and refused to leave the house.
Briszka, 31, of Fenton Avenue, Barnoldswick, admitted a breach of the peace. He was bound over in £100 to keep the peace for six months.
Ann Deakin, prosecuting, said police were called by the partner who said she was asleep looking after their 16 month old baby when Briszka came home drunk and causing problems.
Briszka said they still lived in the same house and it was difficult for him because she had a new boyfriend.
