The fire started in a kitchen of a house on Mowgrain View
Emergency services were called to a fire in a kitchen.
The incident happened around 9.30am on Friday at a house on Mowgrain View in Bacup.
Tow fire engines were called to the blaze but luckily, no-one was hurt.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
"No injuries were reported."
