Police are appealing for anyone with dashcam footage that may be able to help them in an investigation into vehicle damage.
Officers have been made aware of a number of vehicles being damaged in the Feniscowles area on July 7.
A spokesperson for the police said: "The neighbourhood team have interviewed a suspect in relation to this incident. "He has been released whilst we make further enquiries.
"At this time we're not looking for anyone else in relation to these offences."
The police are advising people not to speculate or to try and identify anyone online as it could jeopardise any future court cases.
Anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage on Livesey Branch Road, Laurel Bank Terrace, Hoghton Lane, Riley Switch Road and Preston Old Road between the hours of 6pm and 8pm on July 7, should call 101 and quote log 1527 of July 7.
