A MAN was found at the home of his ex-partner which put him in breach of a restraining order.
Blackburn magistrates heard Lee Dawson was banned from having any contact with his former partner or attending her Accrington home.
Dawson, 44, of Ambleside Close, Accrington, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order imposed by Burnley Crown Court. He was committed on bail to be sentenced at the Crown Court after the magistrates heard the offence put him in breach of a Crown Court suspended sentence.
Waseem Chowdhary, defending, said the couple were looking at having the restraining order removed.
