YOUNG people aged between 16 and 25 from Padiham, who want to travel the world, are being asked to apply for a travel scholarship.
The scholarship was established by the late Arthur Edmondson Quinn, from the town, who bequeathed a share of his estate, upon a trust, to Lancashire County Council for the purpose of establishing a travel scholarship.
