THE British Schools Skiing Championships being held in Rossendale started yesterday.
The championships is at Ski Rossendale.
The final will take place on Saturday November 17, with schools from all over the country taking part in the event.
The main hill will be closed to the general public on the day of the final, however the intermediate slope will be open as usual, as will the nursery slope for tuition.
