A 21-year-old man has appeared before magistrates charged with conspiracy to murder.
Ibrahim Chaudhray, of Northampton, is alleged to have supplied weapons used in a shooting in Accrington Road, Blackburn, on February 15.
Chaudhray was sent in custody to Preston Crown Court where other people charged with the same conspiracy are due to appear on November 15.
