An investigation is now underway after a rubbish fire spread to a house.
The incident took place in Holmby Street in Burnley at around 2am on Friday.
Fire crews were called to the fire which involved a large quantity of rubbish which had then spread to the terraced property.
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire.
"The cause is now being investigated in conjunction with the police.
"No injuries were reported."
