Bleasedale Avenue in Clitheroe
A MAN has been found dead in a house in Clitheroe.
Police were called to Bleasedale Avenue at 2.25pm today to reports of a sudden death.
Residents said two police vans and a police car were seen on the road and an air ambulance was also spotted flying nearby.
A police spokesman said: "We attended and sadly found the body of a man aged in his 40s.
"His death is not currently being treated as suspicious and a file will be passed to the coroner in due course."
