A MAN caught stealing Ferrero Rocher chocolates returned to the same store two days later and tried again.

Blackburn magistrates heard on the second occasion Kamran Sarwar got away with £63 worth of the confectionery.

Sarwar, 41, of Clayton Street, Nelson, pleaded guilty to two charges of stealing Ferrero Rocher from Morrisons.

He was made subject to a curfew for eight weeks between 7pm and 7am and ordered to pay £56 compensation.
