The Palace Hippodrome was demolished in 1974 after more than 65 years as a prominent entertainment venue in Burnley.
It was built in 1908 and had spells as a cinema and a bingo hall.
Here we can see staff throwing out hundreds of seats which would have occupied thousands of people throughout the years.
