A FREE cinema screening of Singin' in the Rain is to be shown at the Blackburn Empire Theatre for charity.
The Blackburn with Darwen Dementia Action Alliance is hosting the ticket-only event on Thursday, July 4, from 2pm.
Vicky Shepherd, chief executive of Age UK Blackburn with Darwen said: "It can be more difficult if you are living with dementia to take part in social activities.
"We hope that these relaxed screenings will encourage people to come out and enjoy the cinema experience.
"A very warm welcome awaits."
Tickets are available from Blackburn's Age UK hub in King Street.
