AN app has been launched to give festival-goers up-to-date information on Neighbourhood Weekender.

Organiser SJM Concerts has teamed up with Second Screen for the Android and iPhone app which has all the line-up times for Saturday and Sunday and can give music fans a 15-minute reminder before their favourite artists are due on stage.

The app features an interactive news feed too where there will be photos and videos from the weekend. Sea Girls, who have just signed to Polydor and are performing on the Saturday, have also teamed up with Second Screen to provide some exclusive content.

Frontman Henry Camamile said: “Being signed to the same label that releases music by Billie Eilish, Sam Fender, the 1975 through to legendary acts like The Who and The Rolling Stones – it’s like a dream.”

Nothing But Thieves is at the top of the band’s list for seeing at Victoria Park.

Henry added: “We’ve never seen Nothing But Thieves live so you’ll definitely spot us bouncing along. Primal Scream is definitely on the list too, as well as George Ezra. Shotgun is just a banger.”
