A man who was found to be in possession of cocaine and heroin after being stopped by police, has been sent to jail.
Mohammed Shah, 31, was found guilty of possession with intent to supply class A drugs at a hearing in Preston on Tuesday.
The court heard how on January 7, Shah was stopped by police while driving a white van on Blackburn Road, Accrington, near to Russia Street.
On inspection of the vehicle, officers found 31 wraps of crack cocaine and 12 wraps of heroin inside a hairbrush, along with a number of mobile phones.
Shah's house was also searched and a further 20 wraps of heroin were found, along with a quantity of cash.
Shah, of Dill Hall Lane, Accrington, was handed a custodial sentence of three and a half years.
