Proud East Lancashire parents have been sending us pictures of their new babies born last month.
Photos will be featured in a special supplement at the end of the year to celebrate the borough's newest residents.
Ivy Louise Birch Downey, from Great Harwood, was born on April 23, 2019, at 2.02am weighing 6lb 14.5oz. She looks snug as a bug in a rug wrapped in her personalised blanket.
