A DEVELOPER has bought a 100,000 sq ft mill which will undergo a multi-million transformation to convert the building into office and industrial units.
Brother Investments, part of Bacup-based B&E Boys, has purchased the nine-acre Holme Works Mill, off Bury Road, Rawtenstall.
Farleys Solicitors, Blackburn, helped in negotiating the deal.
