DOZENS of firefighters are tackling a wildfire at Noya View Hill in Foulridge.
10 engines from across East Lancashire, as well as Manchester, along with wildfire specialist teams were called to the site at around 4.30pm.
A fire service spokesman said the fire covered three hectares and crews used air blowers, aqua packs and beaters to control the flames.
Firefighters have the blaze surrounded and are managing hot spots.
