ROVERS star Bradley Dack is reportedly back together with his reality star girlfriend Olivia Attwood – just a day after the pair split up.

Dack did not play at the weekend and left Ewood Park before Rovers’ home tie against Stoke kicked off.

Boss Tony Mowbray said he was left out of the squad due to a hamstring injury.

The star wasn’t included in the matchday squad, despite arriving as normal before the game.

Mowbray said it was his decision to leave out Dack who had been keen to play, despite coming off with a tight hamstring in training on Thursday.

He said: “He was in the squad, but I had made my mind up that he wouldn’t be playing because it’s too big a risk.

“A hamstring injury is a delicate one. In his mind he thinks he’s okay, but I was there, he walked off training, his hamstring was sore and tight.

“I didn’t want a 60 or 70 per cent Bradley Dack on the pitch today. I took the decision out of his hands. He wanted to play.”

On Dack leaving before the  game, Mowbray added: “I had a good chat with him before. That’s fine, I had no problem with Bradley leaving. He goes home and rests, then comes in tomorrow for treatment and let’s wait and see if we can get him ready for Tuesday.”

Mowbray has since told the Lancashire Telegraph that he has spoken with his player about 'off-field matters'.

Speculation had been rife online that Dack did not play because of the split with his on-off love.

Olivia wrote on social media on Friday: “Just to put any speculation to bed, Brad and I are no longer in a relationship.”

But on Monday reports emerged that the pair were 'working things out'.

One source told a national newspaper: “They broke up in the midst of a huge row but neither of them wanted their relationship to end for good.

“A few days have gone by and they’ve managed to resolve their issues – they’re still living together and everything has gone back to normal.”

The couple live together in a luxury apartment in Manchester.

Their previous home in Worsley was raided and two cars stolen from the driveway.
