A view of M66 between junctions one and two
A DOG was found dead on the hard shoulder of the M66.
Police found the beagle northbound between junction two and one northbound, between Ramsbottom and Bury, at around 7.50pm yesterday.
A police spokesman said: "Sadly the dog has died and there was not a collar on the dog for us to trace the owner."
