A 32-year-old man has been charged and placed on remand for possession of intent to supply class A drugs, including heroin.
Imran Azam was arrested in Bank Street, Barnoldswick, at around 12.20am on February 28 after officers forced entry into the black BMW he was driving.
Azam, from Bolton, has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs including heroin, crack and cocaine, possession of a class B drug, and failing to provide a specimen for the police.
He was also charged for driving while disqualified and driving a vehicle without insurance.
On Thursday evening, a spokesperson for the police said: "Following the arrest at 12.20am on February 28, a 32-year-old male has now been charged and placed on remand."
Azam is due to appear before Blackburn Magistrates on Friday morning.
