A spokesman for the Hyndburn Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "Police officers have executed a search warrant at an address in Walmsley Close, Church.
"Drugs blight our communities and make our neighbourhoods feel less safe. Most burglaries, car crime and robberies are carried out to fund a drug habit.
"We are committed to taking drug dealers off our streets."
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
One local resident said: "There were two or three police officers there but I didn't see anyone coming out or being arrested.
"It is part of the norm on here - 200 plants does not surprise me as three quarters of the young people here smoke cannabis."
Another resident, 60, from Walmsley Close said: "It is not very nice to hear about it on the street and also see all the police walking about because I have known it to be a nice area.
"It used to have a bad reputation for drugs but some houses were knocked down across the road.
"This was full of older people but now there are lots of younger ones - what do you expect?"
