YOUR journalist Shuiab Khan in his weekly column has opened up the debate over the repatriation of IS recruit Shamima Begum insisting we should welcome her back to our shores arguing on the grounds that she was groomed as a 15 yrs old before travelling to Syria and in his words "deserves a second chance".

I and 275,000 others who have signed an online petition to ban this happening disagree. This young lady has expressed no remorse whatsoever for her four years with this terrorist group who rely on savagery to impose their medieval creed and have vowed  to destroy the West.

Far from it she says she was unfazed at the sight of decapitated heads in bins and now has the brass neck to avail herself of all the benefits our welfare state has to offer.

A country she abandoned so willingly. I suspect that at this very moment those bleeding heart social workers will be arranging for her arrival home to a council house in Bethnal Green.

As a nation we are obliged to abide by International Law but should she not be stripped of her citizenship our Govt and security forces must ensure she continues through the judicial process and be subjected to secure assessment and possible prosecution although historically obtaining evidence is not easy in a chaotic warzone.

I ask the question how do you recalibrate her mindset and deradicalise her when she has no regrets?

I feel immensely sorry for her newly born innocent son but she must not be allowed to use him as a negotiating tool.

Do not forget that the terror attack in Manchester two years ago was carried out by a jihadist returning from Syria.
