Blackburn Magistrates Court.
A MAN has appeared before Blackburn magistrates following an incident in which a garage worker lost three teeth after being knocked to the ground and punched more than 20 times.
David Ostafi, 28, of Hamilton Street, Blackburn, pleaded not guilty to assaulting Piotr Marcin Kaminski causing him actual bodily harm.
The incident in said to have taken place in Blackburn on July 9.
Ostafi was sent to Preston Crown Court to stand trial and remanded on bail until March 18.
