Wanted man from Blackburn is arrested
A MAN wanted by police has been arrested.
Mohammed Emdad Ali, 30, from Blackburn, was wanted by officers for breaching his sex offender notification requirements.
He had last been seen at Royal Blackburn Hospital on Tuesday (February 12).
Police put out a public appeal for information, he was arrested in the Blackburn area yesterday and is in custody.
