A SOCCER charity is looking to build firm foundations for a keynote sporting launch.
Burnley FC in the Community is currently redeveloping part of the former Brierfield Mill into Leisure Box, an all-purpose leisure hub.
And ahead of the centre's unveiling the Turf Moor club's charitable arm is looking for 'founder friends' to offer support.
Currently the site, now known as Northlight, is being overhauled by PEARL, the joint venture vehicle between Pendle Council and Barnfield Construction.
But with partners Sutton Pendle Charitable Trust, BFC are in the hunt for corporate backers.
The charity is offering access to the three-level sports mecca for supporters and their families, and promotional exposure around the venue, as part of the package.
