Moorey's Health Store
ELECTRICITY North-West engineers spent much of today repairing an underground cable fault under Blackburn's Church Street.
They were called out this afternoon after the problem affected power to Moorey's health store and the HSBC Bank on the town centre thoroughfare.
The urgent repair, which required a mini-digger to be used, was due to be completed this evening.
