A WOMAN who drowned in her bath had suffered a seizure, an inquest heard.
Ruth Melanie Clayton had got into a bath in her home Colne Road, Sough, at around 7pm on September 16, last year, Burnley Coroner's Court heard.
Coroner Richard Taylor said Mrs Clayton, 47, said the cause of death was drowning and epilepsy.
He said: "Ruth of Colne Road in Sough on 16 September, 2018, had drowned in her bath following an epileptic seizure."
