A SHOPLIFTER who got away with her haul on three occasions was detained when she returned to Farmfoods in Accrington for the fourth time.
Blackburn magistrates heard that on each occasion Nazia Haq had a three-year-old child with her.
Haq, 38, of Saunders Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to four charges of theft.
She was ordered to pay £110 compensation.
Scott Parker, defending, said it was accepted the offence was aggravated by the fact his client had served a recent prison sentence for a high-value clothing theft from a York outlet store.
"On these occasions it would seem she has paid for some items and put the others in her bag," said Mr Parker.
"She apologises for her behaviour."
