A GYM has reopened in a town's leisure centre after four weeks of refurbishment.
Bosses at Darwen Leisure Centre held two open days on Saturday and Sunday to allow visitors to look at the new layout and equipment.
It includes touch screen CV equipment, spinning bikes, new cardio equipment and a weight training area. There is also a freestanding gym rig, the walls have been repainted and new flooring.
Blackburn with Darwen Council’s executive member for leisure and culture Cllr Damian Talbot said: “This is fantastic news for residents and everyone who uses Darwen Leisure Centre."
