Lane closed on A56 after car crashes into central reservation
A CAR crashed into the central reservation of the A56.
Police said a Range Rover had just come off junction eight of the M65 heading towards Haslingden before it struck the central barrier at around 10.30am.
The car ended up on the side of the carriageway on the embankment.
A police spokesman said one lane is closed and no one suffered any serious injuries.
Motorists are warned traffic might by slower than usual at that part of the Accrington Bypass.
