A man was taken to hospital after crashing his car into some railings outside a pub.
These graphic images show the aftermath of the crash, as the man careered off the road in his black Audi, before coming to a halt in the pub's beer garden.
The crash happened at around 2.10 this morning at the front of the Brownhill Arms on Whalley New Road.
Emergency services were called to the scene after receiving reports that the car had ploughed through some railings and hit the benches at the front of the pub.
A fire service spokesman said: "We were called to the incident following reports that a car had lost control at the roundabout on Whalley New Road, heading towards Wilpshire, and crashed into the front of the Brownhill Arms.
"Fire crews stabilised the vehicle while paramedics assessed the man, who was deemed to be suffering from only minor injuries."
The man, who is thought to be in his late twenties, was able to get out of the car himself but was taken to hospital as a precaution.
