THERESA May will publish the 'final and full' legal advice on her Brexit deal after suffering a humiliating Commons defeat.
The Prime Minister caved in moments after MPs voted her earlier refusal to do so as 'a contempt' of Parliament.
A motion tabled by opposition parties which argued ministers were in contempt due to their failure to fully publish the advice given to Cabinet by Attorney General Geoffrey Cox was approved by 311 votes to 293, a majority 18.
It also ordered the immediate publication of the legal advice.
It was one of a string of House of Commons defeats suffered by the government yesterday.
Blackburn MP Kate Hollern, an aide to Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, said: "This was a humiliating defeat for the Prime Minister.
" She is in total denial and rather than taking back control she is losing control."
