MOTORISTS are being warned to expect delays travelling on a busy road after a tree has blown down.
The large tree has landed on Keighley Road in Colne and fallen from land near Ball Grove Nature Reserve and has blocked both sides of the road.
Hi everyone, due to a fallen tree blocking Keighley Rd, our #Mainline service to Keighley is unable to serve Laneshawbridge and Cowling. Service will divert via Earby and Skipton. @keighleybus @MetroTravelNews @AiredaleNHSFT @drystoneradiouk

"It has stopped the buses running on that route and happened about half an hour ago.
"It does not look as if anybody has got injured and was quite lucky.
"It is very windy out there and because it is so large it may take a while to chop down."
