A large cannabis farm has been uncovered in Padiham.
Police were called to an address in Burnley Road at around 11.30 on Monday morning after receiving calls from concerned residents.
On arrival, officers searched the property and found there to be more than 850 cannabis plants all at different stages of growth.
The plants were found across three floors in the property along with various items of growing equipment.
A police spokesman said: "Acting upon information from the community, on Monday morning, neighbourhood officers attended an address on Burnley Road, Padiham.
"Upon entering the address officers uncovered a substantial size cannabis set-up."
