Ian Batey, 35, Great Harwood
A MAN is wanted after failing to appear in court a month ago.
Ian Batey was due to appear at court on October 9 after allegedly attacking a 40-year-old man with a hammer in Great Harwood.
The 35-year-old, from Great Harwood, was charged with assault and later arrested following the attack in September last year.
Batey, who also has links to Preston and Kirkham, is wanted in connection with the grievous bodily harm offence.
He is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, of stocky build with dark hair and a beard.
