ROVERS captain Charlie Mulgrew has signed a new two-and-a-half-year deal at Ewood Park.
The Scotland international's new contract keeps him at the club until the summer of 2021.
The 32-year-old has made 89 appearances for Rovers and played a key role in Tony Mowbray's side's promotion from League One last season.
He was named in the EFL's Team of the Season and PFA League One Team of the Year in 2017-18.
The Scotland international, who has 39 caps for his country, joined Rovers in August 2016 from Scottish giants Celtic.
