The former Montague Health Centre in Blackburn has been demolished.
Workmen began demolishing the site on Saturday (November 3) and within five days much of the main building has been flattened.
The health centre based on Oakenhurst Road is set to be turned into flats.
Workman Peter is pictured at the site today (Wednesday November 7).
The building, which dates back to the late 1960s closed in 2011 and was replaced by the £21m Barbara Castle Way Health Centre.
