SEVERAL roads in the centre of Bacup will be shut overnight next week for improvements connected to the Townscape Heritage Initiative.
The closures will centre around St James Square in Bacup, and the approaches on Burnley Road, Yorkshire St, Market St and St James Street.
The resurfacing and line painting will take up to five nights from Monday 29 October, with roads to closed from 8pm to 6am. Diversions will be signed.
Traffic management will be in place to allow access for late-night buses and emergency services.
