STORM Callum dislodged the roof tiles of a home prompting fears loose tiles might fall on people walking by.
Fire services were called following reports roof tiles of a Huncoat house were dislodged by wind shortly before 3pm today.
The storm swept in, bringing 70mph winds and caused disruption to travel and power supplies across parts of the county. A fire service spokesman said it had posed a hazard to pedestrians walking near the scene on Lynwood Road.
However crews have now responded by removing the roof tiles and making the area safe.
