A DRIVER was given first aid after a three-car crash in Nelson last night.
The incident took place on Brunswick Street after 8pm where a Mercedes, Kia and BMW were involved in a collision.
Insp Duncan Arthur of Burnley Police said: "There were two people with minor injuries and they were not taken to hospital by ambulance instead some family members took them."
A spokesman for the Lancashire Fire Service said: "We got a call at 8.06pm and two crews from Nelson attended the scene.
"There was no fuel spillage on the road and we checked there was no fire.
"We gave first aid to the woman driver before the ambulance arrived."
